Beatrice is a university student who is one year away from becoming a mechanical engineer and certified associate in project management (CAPM). She is also an entrepreneur, marketing intern, operations manager, teaching assistance, academic researcher, STEM instructor, freelance typesetter, and amateur programmer.
Where is Beatrice from?
Beatrice was born and raised in a globally fluent metropolitan city – Hong Kong, but now resides in Toronto, Canada. She has plans to move to London, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, or her hometown when she graduates from university.

Beatrice considers her style classy, chic, polished, and effortless. She is a big fan of classic pieces that never go out of style, such as skinny jeans, white t-shirts and little black dresses – she believes that they are good wardrobe staples that are worth investing in.
Where does Beatrice usually shop at?
Her wardrobe mainly consists of pieces from Aritzia and Zara – they offer quality garments that are versatile, durable and low-maintenance. Occasionally, she likes to splurge on Club Monaco and J Crew, as she tries to transition her closet to a more workplace/ office-appropriate wardrobe as a young professional.

Beatrice could never leave the house without her Ray-Bans (aviator) and a few spritz of perfume. Her go-tos are Daisy Eau So Fresh by Marc Jacobs, Chloe by Chloe, English Pear & Freesia by Jo Malone London, and Rose the One by Dolce & Gabbana that has been unfortunately discontinued.

1. Heels – because Beatrice is always on the go (hence the busy bee icon)!
2. Muscle tanks – they elongate Beatrice’s already-slender arms.
3. Purses that are bigger than the size of her head – Beatrice is a sucker for micro/mini cross-body bags.
What are Beatrice’s biggest fashion pet peeves?
1. Visible bra straps worn with tube/ off-shouder tops (or dresses).
2. Off-colour combos – bright-coloured bras + bright-coloured tops are big no-no’s.
3. Poorly made clothes with hemline falling out, piling, discolouration, or stains… Those can be easily fixed.

What inspires Beatrice?
Beatrice’s main sources of inspiration include fashion blogs and magazines such as Who What Wear, Women’s Wear Daily, ELLE, and Vogue, to name a few. Beatrice is also a huge fan of Monica Rose – one of the most influential stylists in Hollywood. Her clients include the Kardashians and Jenners, Chrissy Teigen, Cindy Crawford, and her daughter Kaia Gerber.
